Commercial Check-out Services

Conducted only after the Tenant(s) have left the property, and all equipment and peripherals have been removed.

The Process

It is imperative the Check-out is done as soon

as is practically possible after the end of the lease.

We will visit the property with a copy of the original Inventory, for consistency the same Inspector who completed that Inventory will perform the Check-out.

The Report

The condition, contents and cleanliness

will be compared against the original

Inventory and a Report compiled.

Tenant Liability Issues

The final Report includes details of any possible liability on the Tenant(s) part, supported by photographic evidence.

Areas of fair wear & tear as well as any maintenance issues will be highlighted.
